• Your account must not have been previously suspended or removed by afounder.

5. Verification Badges

afounder offers two verification badges, Blue verified and Golden verified, to help users identify authentic founders and companies. A founder's badge also applies to the business page they own. These badges are granted at our discretion based on eligibility criteria and may be revoked for violations of our Terms.

You may not use the Services to:

• Spam or engage in platform manipulation
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Circumvent any technical measures that limit use

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also deactivate your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. afounder does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, afounder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
