I don’t think the best n8n workflow is the one with the fewest nodes. Compressing everything into one clever chain makes it harder to change when the process shifts.

I prefer clear stages with names that explain the job. Keep customer-facing steps easy to inspect in GHL, and use n8n where the logic needs more flexibility. Readability is a feature.
