Before your next founder podcast, write down one decision you want the listener to make differently afterwards.

Use that as a filter for your questions. If a question won’t help get there, park it. It keeps the conversation from becoming a tour of someone’s career, while leaving room to follow an answer somewhere unexpected. I find that balance more useful than a long list of prompts.
