We funded 22Trust's early development ourselves, so deciding what not to build mattered as much as deciding what to build. For founders who worked on a fintech before traction, what did you deliberately leave out until you had evidence it was needed? I'm trying to keep an early product narrow enough to test without stripping out what makes it worth testing.
