When an AI assistant lacks enough information to tell whether a business meets a requirement, should it treat that as a no-match or keep the result unresolved? I’m asking because missing eligibility data is not the same as a business being ineligible, and collapsing those states can produce confident but bad recommendations. How would you want your own business handled?
