How should an AI assistant map a buyer's plain-language problem to the right kind of business when the business's category labels don't match the buyer's words?

I'm asking because selection starts before the assistant can recommend anyone, and that translation seems easy to get subtly wrong. A directory can rely on fixed labels; buyer requests rarely arrive that neatly.
