I’ve been thinking about how much a company’s early choices are shaped by building from the Baltics. The region gives founders a particular starting point, but I’m not sure which parts are a real advantage and which are just a story we tell ourselves.

For those building here, what has being Baltic genuinely helped with, and what has it made harder?
